❓ What is TouchBase Buddy?
TouchBase Buddy is an AI-powered messaging platform that helps you stay in touch with your friends and loved ones. Just describe the kind of message you want to send, select a tone, and schedule it to be delivered via SMS — once or on a recurring basis. Let AI handle the thoughtful words, while you focus on life.
❓ How does it work?
- Describe your message – Tell us what you want to say and to whom.
- Choose a tone – Warm, funny, romantic, etc.
- Set a schedule – One-time, daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Review and approve – Edit AI-generated messages before they're sent.
- Deliver via SMS – Messages are sent automatically based on your schedule.
❓ Can I schedule recurring messages?
Yes! You can choose to send messages daily, weekly, or monthly — or just one time. You'll preview every scheduled message before it goes out.
❓ Will recipients know it’s from me?
Yes. For users on the Standard Plan, your name is included in the body of the message.
For Premium Plan users, your name is included in the body of the message, and replies go straight to your phone.

❓ Is message delivery guaranteed?
While we strive to ensure reliable delivery, SMS is subject to several external factors:
- Message partner uptime.
- Proper phone number formatting (starting with '+' and country code)
- An active subscription at the time of delivery. See our Terms of Service for full details.
- User’s failure to click ‘Schedule’ or ‘Schedule All’ button to confirm schedule date and queue up message for delivery.

We offer two plans:
- Standard – $12/month or $132/year
- Premium – $24/month or $264/year

❓ Is TouchBase Buddy an SMS marketing tool?
No. TouchBase Buddy is not an SMS marketing platform. It’s designed for personal, human-centered messaging — not for advertising, bulk promotional messages, or customer outreach.
Our focus is on helping individuals send thoughtful, AI-generated messages to people they care about — like friends, family, or loved ones — not customers or subscribers.
Any attempt to use the platform for unsolicited marketing or spam is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.

❓ How many messages can I send each month?
Your monthly message quota depends on your subscription plan:
This quota includes all SMS messages successfully sent or scheduled to be delivered within the month.
- Standard Plan: 250 message deliveries per month
- Premium Plan: 750 message deliveries per month

❓ How is my monthly quota calculated?
Your quota is based on the total number of messages scheduled and sent within your billing month. For example:

This gives you full visibility into your usage in real-time.
- If you schedule 10 daily messages for a friend, that counts as 10 against your quota.
- If a message is scheduled but not yet delivered, it still counts toward the quota once it's confirmed for delivery.

❓ Can recipients reply directly to my messages?
Yes — if you’re on the Premium Plan.
TouchBase Buddy's Premium Plan includes a dedicated phone number that allows recipients to reply directly to your messages. Their replies are automatically forwarded to your own phone number, as long as you’ve correctly entered your “Reply To” number in the message creation form.
This feature enables seamless two-way communication.
Users on the Standard Plan do not have direct reply functionality.

❓ Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
❓ Do you store my messages?
We store messages only as needed to process and deliver them. Messages are not sold or shared and can be deleted after delivery unless needed for history viewing in your dashboard.
