Terms of Service

By creating an account or subscribing to TouchBase Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the service.

TouchBase Buddy is an AI-powered messaging platform that enables users to generate and schedule personalized SMS messages through a web-based interface. All features are delivered digitally via the TouchBase Buddy website upon successful registration and payment.

Upon subscribing, users receive immediate access to the platform’s features. It is your responsibility to use the service during your active subscription. Access to your account constitutes full delivery of the digital service.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected during signup). By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the platform will remain active through the end of your paid term. No prorated refunds are provided for partial use or inactivity.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, payments made for unused time, forgotten cancellations, or lack of activity on the platform.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting TouchBase Buddy support to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and pursue collection actions for any unauthorized or fraudulent disputes.

TouchBase Buddy does not guarantee the successful delivery of scheduled messages. Message delivery depends on several external and user-controlled factors, including but not limited to:

• The stability and availability of third-party messaging providers,
• The accuracy and proper formatting of the recipient’s phone number (which must begin with '+' and include the correct international country calling code),
• The user’s active subscription status at the time the message is processed for delivery.

While we make every effort to deliver messages reliably and on time, users acknowledge that occasional delays or failures may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

TouchBase Buddy is intended solely for personal and thoughtful communication. It is not to be used for SMS marketing, promotional campaigns, commercial outreach, or any form of unsolicited bulk messaging.

Any attempt to use TouchBase Buddy for promotional or commercial purposes — including marketing to customers or subscribers — violates these Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of TouchBaseAI after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
